Skipped training today. I felt bad, 2 weeks without training means 2 weeks of fats stored in my body.

WORSE still, i had a uber full yet not appropriate lunch.

SEE, that's my lunch. damn the calories that are inside me now.
I ate some more of it before i took this photo.

Boring day today
ITL presentation tomorrow.
